Shipping Terms & Conditions
All orders to be processed within approximately two BUSINESS days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Concreteviolet.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the Next Monday even air shipment. Shipping Rates are based on weight of orders. We ship through USPS or UPS.
In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
We offer Free Standard Shipping for purchases over $100. Free shipping is not offered to International Sales. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
Return Policy
Items may be returned if still in it's original condition / packaging within 14 days of when you receive your order. Returns received after 15 days will be returned for store credit only, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the price of the item(s).
To make a return or an exchange with Concrete Violet, you must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). You can do that by contacting us via email at info@concreteviolet.com
We do not accept returns on Sale Items, Jewelry, and Sunglasses (unless received damaged we will issue an exchange). Exchanges must be made within 3 business days for damaged item(s). Shipping and Handling Fees will not be refunded in any instance. If you use a coupon for free shipping and you return the item/items upon receiving your refund, you will be charged a shipping charge since we shipped the items to you.
Exchanges are FREE. If you order the incorrect size, etc... we will ship your exchange free of charge.
